A few cards

I joined a few swaps and had to make some 'Thinking of you' and 'Thank you' cards. Here are the results of both...

It's Finished!!

Yes it took longer to actually finished but it's done finally!! I used Basic Grey's Color Me Silly line along the Bazzill cardstock. The font is from Cricut's Zoobaloo's cartridge. Also, I used a Cat's Eye Yellow to edge all the cardstock and paper.

First Project

OK...I've officially started working on my first project of the year! I'm making myself a 'menu planner' out of a regular size file folder folded in fours and scored at the bottom to make pockets. Most of it is done with the exceptions of

1. All 5 titles for each section - Menu planner, weekly menu, shopping list, recipes, and coupons/receipts
   
2. All the embellishments that I want to add
3. The actual list pads for the shopping and menus.

I'm pretty excited but this project seemed to be a little more in depth than I first imagined. It's been a great way to get back into the creative mojo :o)

I'll post pictures when I'm finished.

Welcome to my Creative Place!!!

I decided that since I really want to get back to scrapping regularly (if there is such a thing...LOL), a creative blog would help keep me wanting to update it with all sorts of things. I know that I have joined a few swaps so I need to be making those and posting pictures.

I hope to keep up with all sorts of things - scrapbook pages, handmade cards and any type of altering or craft ideas.

I even hope to post pictures of when I help my sister Marti make a homecoming mum :o)

Heck, who knows, I may even get creative and put some challenges on here but don't hold your breath!
